Return Policy Duration
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange after this period.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (Order #) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Sale items

Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming its status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5-10 business days, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
While we conduct thorough quality checks before shipment, we will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your model and provide clear photographs of any damage. Returns sent back without prior notification will not be processed for a refund.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, these shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
